• $6,500 base listing fee
• Plus just 1% of the portion of your home’s value above $300,000
This means you only pay additional fees on the value beyond a typical home price — not the full amount.
Examples:
$300,000 home
Listing Fee = $6,500
$400,000 home
$6,500 + 1% of $100,000
Listing Fee = $7,500
$500,000 home
$6,500 + 1% of $200,000
Listing Fee = $8,500
$600,000 home
$6,500 + 1% of $300,000
Listing Fee = $9,500
🔵 Higher-Value Homes ($700,000 and above)
For higher-value properties, we use a reduced premium rate:
2.25% of the sale price
This ensures appropriate compensation while still offering meaningful savings compared to traditional commission models.
Examples:
$700,000 home
Listing Fee = $15,750
$900,000 home
Listing Fee = $20,250

Traditional listing-side commission is typically 3% of the total sale price.
